The lines were so long, but I was thankful I was able to get some last minute supplies like water and of course I wanted to test some deals for the week before we get stormed in for a few days. I haven’t tried this Twice Baked Cheesy Potatoes Recipe yet, however I’m thinking I will totally give it a try this week. They just look so yummy! Definitely some good ole comfort food
Twice Baked Cheesy Potatoes Recipe:
6 baking potatoes baked (about 2 lbs)
1-1/2 cups sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
- chives for garnish
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
- HEAT oven to 375ºF.
- CUT potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centers into large bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Place shells on baking sheet.
- ADD sour cream, onions and 3/4 cup cheese mixture to potato flesh; mix well. Spoon into shells; top with remaining cheese mixture.
- BAKE 25 min. or until heated through.
