Need a good decoration that a toddler can do? Look no farther! This kept my toddler busy and happy for about 10 minutes, which really is saying something. Best thing about it, is it was free, I used an Ice (brand) bottle, Cotton balls, a small corner of orange card-stock, and a black sharpie to mark the eyes, mouth, and buttons on the bottle.
