Sweet and Simple Cards

I got two quick and easy cards, both cards were inspired by Craftsy's Fresh Eyes on your Card Making Supplies with Miriam Prantner. (I had fun with the two cards,) very similar and different! it's always amazing to me how you can create a beautiful hand made card with just a few RIGHT ingredients!

Making this card was easy, the hardest part was cutting out the star stencil, then inking it. I thought a nice layered sentiment with some gems made this look like a nice graduation card. The ink is one hue of Yellow ink, but I changed how saturated the ink was in spots.

For this card, the paper is the star, and the simple white die cuts that I used from the Silhouette design Store, I added some pink gems, and then some decorative tape at the bottom to anchor the image a bit. I really enjoy sweet and simple cards like these!
