Birthday Pancakes



Ok I have two ways that you can make these amazing pancakes, worthy of a birthday breakfast (especially for kids.) Your going to go crazy if you knew how incredible easy it is to make these. (again I have two ways, the crazy easy way or Lisa's way (I like to make more work for myself, seriously I don't know why, but I do.

Crazy easy Birthday pancakes:
Mix equal parts of non buttermilk pancake mix and white or yellow cake mix together So if your mix calls for 2 cups of mix, use one cup of each, if the batter seems to think, add a small amount of milk untill you get the right consistancy. fold in sprinkles, (about 1/4 cup) Follow the wet ingredients directions on the box, and cook, Top with cream cheese frosting or butter cream frosting or regular syrup. Add sprinkles to the pan cake

The Lisa Way
use a homemade mix, that you already prepared weeks before hand, do one cup of cake mix and one cup of pancake mix, add your eggs, oil, butter, milk, and 1/4 cup of sprinkles. cook as you would regular pancakes. Top with home made frosting (pictured was a meringue frosting, basically you whip egg whites and sugar until it looks like marshmallow.
