One of my favorite accessories are headbands,(I think paying over $4 for them is a waste of money) I love them so much, so when I saw this tutorial, I was so excited to make them, and to save some money. I will admit I actually bought fabric at Hancocks (great place to buy Fabric) just so I can have some cute headbands but any scraps that you have on hand will work.
